Wi1wim Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Rules

1 Agreement Introduction & Scope

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and wi1wim ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the wi1wim platform, including the official website, mobile app, and any other services we provide.

3 Registration & Account Security

The wi1wim account registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Required information includes your full name as per your identity document, date of birth, active email address, and a mobile number registered in Malaysia.

After registration, you are fully responsible for:

• Keep your password confidential and never share your login credentials with any other party
• Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation
• Report to wi1wim immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
• Update your personal information whenever any changes occur

Wi1wim reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our ongoing KYC process. This includes, but is not limited to, copies of your ID, proof of address, and bank statements for payment method verification purposes.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Wi1wim supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods, including major online banking options and popular e-wallets. All transactions are processed through secure channels protected by high-level encryption.

Regarding deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are as stated in the platform for each payment method
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of the transaction
• Wi1wim does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gambling purposes within the platform

Regarding withdrawals:

7 Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and fair gaming environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the wi1wim platform:

• Registering with false information or using another person's identity
• Ownership and use of multiple accounts
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of automated software, bots, or any tools that assist in making betting decisions automatically
• Exploiting bonuses in unintended ways, including placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity using the wi1wim platform
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving disrespectfully toward live dealers or wi1wim staff
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure

8 Privacy & Personal Data Protection

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Wi1wim reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term within this document
• Suspected fraud, system abuse, or illegal activity

• Upon direction from the relevant authorities

10 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Wi1wim is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet disruptions or device failures on the member's end
• Game outcomes that have been completed and correctly recorded in our system
• Indirect or consequential losses that may be incurred as a result of using the platform
• Actions or omissions by third parties such as payment providers or game providers

Wi1wim's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Dispute Resolution & Complaints

Wi1wim is committed to resolving any disputes in a fair and transparent manner. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the use of the platform, we encourage you to follow the procedure below:

• Step 1: Contact the wi1wim customer support team via live chat or email, clearly providing full details of the dispute.
• Step 2: Our team will review and respond within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the initial decision, the complaint may be escalated to wi1wim management for further review.
• Step 4: For cases that cannot be resolved internally, an independent mediator agreed upon by both parties may be appointed.

All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident date. Complaints submitted after this period may not be processed.

12 Terms Amendment & Notification
